BBP_PASSWORD_APPROVE - Reset password for user

This function module will be triggered by W/F Password RESET approval process.

We import the user name, and set the new password to '.....

Call the function BAPI_USER_CHANGE with the change password indicator set to 'X'.

Have to hardcode the password, as the function module which changes the password requires the new password as input.

Return to Workflow with the new password and W/F will e-mail the user with the new password.
