BBP_PASSWORD_RESET_START - Reset password for user

This function module will be called when a user performs the action to indicate that they have forgotten their password for the EnterpriseBuyer system.

We import the user name.

This module will check if the user exists, call 'SUSR_USER_READ'. If the user is not found, it returns an error message to the user to indicate 'USER DOES NOT EXIST - CHECK SPELLING'.

If a user exists, raise a workflow event - BUSPASS, reset.
