BBP_STD_COMPANY_GETLIST - Get companies list

List of companies related to a Logical System.

Functionality

This function provides the user with a list of companies for a specific Logical

System. The system returns both the IDs and the names of the companies,

in so far as they exist in the system. Problems arising are returned as a return

code message.
