BC402_FMDD_GET_FREE_SEATS - Calculates Number of Free Seats

Functionality
Calculates the number of free seats on a flight. The system subtracts the number of occupied seats from the maximum number of seats. It gets this maximum number from the technical data belonging to the specified airplane type.
Prior to this calculation, the system checks for the exceptional situations "no seats on airplane" and "overbooked flight" and raises the appropriate exceptions where necessary.
