BCA_DIM_LOANS_APPLOG_UPDATE - Update Application log for Loans RFCs

Functionality

This method saves all the errors contained in parameter I_TAB_RETURN in application log using application log object name 'FS_PORT-Financial Services - Standard Log' and sub object 'ERROR-Normal error' and returns new log number under which errors are stored.
