BKK_ARC_PRENOTE_CHECK1 - To carry out business checks for a prenote

Functionality

This Application Programming Interface (API) checks whether a prenote can be archived based on business criteria.

The archiving framework dynamically calls the function module in the analysis phase to determine if a set of prenotes can be archived.

The system checks whether the Valid-To date of the prenote is before the bank area posting date. If this is the case, the system sets the prenote status to Archivable.

Prenotes with the following statuses can be archived:

• Active

• Assigned

• Deleted

If the prenote cannot be archived, the function module sets the archiving status of these prenotes to Not Archivableand provides a rejection reason.
