BKK_CHECK_VDAT_BORDER - To check if the value date is with in the limits

Functionality

This function checks if the value date of the payment item lies within the time limit defined in the Implementation Guide activity Define Limits for Value Date.

If a limit is not defined for the combination of product and bank area, the system uses the customizing entry for the bank area.

You can, however, process payment items even if the you do not define a value date limit in the Customizing.
