Functionality

This module calculates the value date-based balance of an account for a given key date.

During the dual currency phase in the context of the EURO changeover, the balances are output separately according to currency. For the total balance it is necessary to convert to one currency and then add the balances together.

Example

Account during the dual currency phase
Value date balance on 10/25/1998:

Balance Currency
4,000 EURO
4,000 DM

Total balance in DM: 12,000
in Euro: 6,000
