Functionality

The function module allows an account closure flag to be set, changed, or deleted.

The checks for the account closure flag are run in the same way as in the dialog.

Flags can be edited for active accounts only.

The change authorization for the account is checked.

I_FLAG_CLOSING_DELETE
I_FLAG_NO_CHECK_DIGIT
