Functionality

The daily turnovers and end-of-day posting balances are calculated for a certain period of time.

The system selects all postings for the calculation of the balances if their posting date is before or on the key date.

The system calculates the compensated balances for the periods where an account is a root account. The subordinate accounts are returned for these periods with a balance of zero.

If the optional I_FLG_HIER flag is set, it determines whether the compensated posting balances are returned or not.
