Functionality

The function module determines the posting date for the bank area that was transferred. For this posting date, it then determines the standing orders that have an execution date before or on the posting date.

If any other selections are made in the report, the system processes only the orders selected according to the selection parameters.

The standing orders are divided into intervals containing the standing orders for accounts that are related on the ordering party and recipient sides through standing orders. This ensures that packages are not locked by both sides during the posting.

The size of the interval is therefore not always dependent on the interval size supplied; it can differ significantly in some cases.
