BKK_UPT_DISP_INTERV_CREATE - Create and Initialize Interval Table

Functionality

The function creates a header record in the BKKMDISPHD table and generates a record for each interval from 1 to the number from the parameter I_INTVNO in the BKKMDISPINTERV table with the dispatcher identification I_DISPID. Each record has the value 0 (generated) in the INTVSTATUS field. If a record with the same dispatcher identification exists, an EXCEPTION is triggered.
