BP_JOB_SELECT_SM37C - Extended job selection

Functionality

You can use this function module to determine the jobs (records with the format TBTCJOB) that fulfill the selection criteria that you specified.

You can use BP_JOB_SELECT to determine jobs that you want to continue processing. You can, for example, select jobs that correspond to a certain naming convention, and check their status with the field TBTCJOB-STATUS.

Notes

In addition to the familiar function BP_JOB_SELECT, you can also use the job step (ABAP or external command, external program) and the period for selection.
