Functionality

You cna create quotations with this method.

Notes

Transfer

You must at least transfer the docuemnt header data in table QUOTATION_HEADER as import poarameters.

You can transfer the item data in table QUOTATION_ITEMS.

Account Assignments

If the account assignment category is set in an item, account assignemnt data can be transferred per quotation item in the transfer table QUOTATION_ACCOUNT_ASSIGNMENT. The account assignment category defines which objects that are relevant to cost centers have to be transferred to the account assignment data. If the account assignment category is K, for example, a cost center has to be transferred.

If the item is to be ordered from a one-time vendor, the appropriate address has to be transferred in table QUOTATION_ADDRESS.

Table QUOTATION_ITEM_SCHEDULES has to be transferred per item and delivery date etc.

Limits

You can trasnfer limits for the quotation item in tables QUOTATION_LIMITS and QUOTATION_CONTRACT_LIMITS.

Services

You can transfer service data for the quotation item in tables QUOTATION_SERVICES, QUOTATION_SRV_ACCASS_VALUES, QUOTATION_SERVICES_TEXT and EXTENSIONIN.

Return

The quotation number is returned in parameter QUOTATION.

Messages are returned in the Return parameter. The parameter documentation shows the return codes and their meanings.
