Functionality

You can read detail data for a customer quotation and return this data to the calling program with this function module.

Transfer

You must enter the SD document number (parameter SALESDOCUMENT) as import parameter. A customer quotation is identified by this search criterion.

Parameter INTERNAL_USE controls the output of the service lines that have been defined as internal lines.

Return

The following data for the customer quotation can be returned:

  • Order header data (via table QUOTATION_HEADER)
  • Sold-to party (export parameter SOLD_TO_PARTY), ship-to party (export parameter SHIP_TO_PARTY) and payer (export parameter PAYING_PARTY)
  • Partner data (via table QUOTATION_PARTNERS)
  • Schedule line data (via table QUOTATION_SCHEDULE_LINES)
  • Item data (via table QUOTATION_ITEMS)
If you are dealing with configurable items, the configuration data can be transferred from the following tables:
  • QUOTATION_CFGS_REF

  • QUOTATION_CFGS_INST

  • QUOTATION_CFGS_PART_OF

  • QUOTATION_CFGS_VALUE

  • Service data for the quotation item can be transferred from the following tables:
  • QUOTATION_SERVICES

  • QUOTATION_SERVICES_TEXT (text for service line)

  • QUOTATION_SERVICES_COND (conditions for service line)

  • Customer fields in tables VBAK, VBAP, VBEP and ESLL kcan be read via structure EXTENSIONOUT.

Return messages

Messages are returned in the Return parameter. The parameter documentation shows the return codes and their meanings.
