BUPA_NOBLK_PARTNER_GET - Get No Blocking Active Partners

Functionality

This function module differentiates between the Business Partners that belong to the No blocking role group and blocking role group.

The function module reads the Status of activation of Noblock & Dual Cont for role a group(BUT_NOBLK_DUAL) table, and checks the status of Role Group. If the Role Groupis active, then it returns the no blocking status of the Business Partner assigned to that role group.
