Functionality

Program controls the preparation and posting of commission documents in the financial accounting.

Transferred tables are compared with the tables contained in the working memory. In case the table contents are different, the data in the global working memory is deleted and the transfer data is prepared afresh. Calling program can control with the help of TEST switch, whether the transferred data should, in any case, be prepared again.

A logical destination can be specified during function call for single document in the header data.

All the postable documents are prepared in BAPI tables. The erroneous documents are marked with 'E' in the transfer table (header table) in field WORK_FLAG.

(Error) messages are returned in a table. In addition, a processing status is returned, whether the documents were prepared/ posted correctly.

In case the switch TEST is not set, if required, data is prepared again and posted in FI after an error-free preparation.

All the successfully posted documents are updated in history tables for possible reversal postings.
