Functionality

The program controls formatting and posting of commission documents in financial accounting.

Transferred tables are compared with the tables contained in the working memory. In case the table contents are different, the data in the global working memory is deleted and the transfer data is formatted again. The calling program can control with the help of TEST switch whether the transferred data needs to be processed again in any case.

A logical destination can be specified for each individual document in the header data while calling the function.

All the postable documents in the BAPI tables are formatted. Erroneous documents are marked in the transfer table (header table) in the field WORK_FLAG with 'E'.

(Error)messages are returned in a table. In addition, a processing status is returned, whether the documents were formatted/ posted correctly.

In case the switch TEST is not set, the data, if required, is processed again and posted in FI after an error-free processing.

All the successfully posted documents are updated in the history tables for possible reversal postings.
