CACS_LCC_CHECK_APPLCURR - Checks application currency settings in TCACS_GLOB

Functionality
It is mandatory to have a unique commission model currency.
This function checks the table TCACS_GLOB for the uniqueness of the commission model currency for a technical period, for each commission application in the system.
- If the currency is not unique for an application for a technical period, the check routine states an error.
- This routine also states an error if there is no active application currency in table TCACS_GLOB for the application.
Parameter
I_APPL - to be used when this function is called from the test framework
IT_APPL - to be used when this function is called in the preparation phase of local currency conversion
