Functionality

This function module checks for the subobjects <APPL>_CASE (commission case) and <APPL>_DOC (commission document) whether more messages may be written to the log. In case the log has already been saved in the database, then no messages may be written in the log any more. After saving with CACS_BUFFERLOG_SAVE, the logs receive a corresponding flag.
