CAVC_C_SET_MODE_FIXING - Specify Mode for BOM Fixing

Functionality

The API specifies the mode for fixing. The ENTRY, TOP_DOWN, and BOTTOM_UP indicators determine how fixing is carried out.

The ENTRY indicator specifies that an 'exact' fixing is to take place.
