Use
This function module is used as a template for functions with which you can calculate the key figures for the "Annual average number of employees" and the "Total hours worked by employees" for period-based accident reports. The function module also serves as a reference function module for the definition of the interface of the user exit category IHS_IAREP.
To be able to use the function module, the user exit name IAL_KEYFIG must exist and the function module be assigned in Customizing for Basic Data and Tools in the IMG activity Manage User Exits.
Features
The function module calculates the figures based on the selection criteria specified by the user in the report information system. These are passed to the function module in the table X_IAREP_IOTAB.
To calculate the figure for the "Annual average number of employees," the number of persons who fulfill the search criteria is taken from the infotype 0001 in the SAP component Human Resources Management. For the number of persons determined in this way, the attendance hours and overtime hours are then calculated and totaled. This produces the figure "Total hours worked by employees".
The figures are then placed in the corresponding fields in X_IAREP_IOTAB.
Further notes
If you write your own function, it must match the interface of the reference function module.
