CBIH_LB14_PRID_CHECK - EHS: User Exit to Check Accident Notification Numbers

Functionality

This function module is used as a template for check and formatting functions that you can define for the number of the accident report. The function module is also available as a reference function module for defining the interface of the user exit category IPR_SCATCH.

Requirements

It is a prerequisite that the user exit name IAPRID exists under Manage User Exits in Customizing for Basic Data and Tools and a function module is assigned to it.

The number range object CBIHN_PRID with its internal number range interval 0I or its external number range interval 0E is used to assign numbers.

Note that when using a formatting routine, it must be compatible with the definition of the number range intervals named.

If you write your own check function, its interface must match the interface of the reference function module.

When creating the event data for the person affected, you can use the environment parameter IAL_FLG_DRAW_IPREPID to control whether the accident report number is to be filled by internal number assignment (value "TRUE") or can remain blank so it can be filled at a later stage (value "FALSE").
