Functionality

This function module is an example implementation for triggering a follow-on process that is executed in the report RREGCH_VT for each regulation and scenario after every tracking run.

The function module is called in the function modules for tracking the data after the database COMMIT.

Example

The module implements the following process:

  • Collect all monitored quantities for a report run
  • Determine all monitored substances in the last report run
  • Check whether an overall status (green/yellow/red) is set for each regulation, monitoring year, company code, and monitored substance.
  • If an overall status is set, a notification is sent with the messages to the required user in accordance with the settings in Customizing. You can specify the messages that are output in the Message Collection field of the IMG activity Set Up Online Checks, even if you do not want an online check to be carried out for the regulation.

Notes

To enable messages to be sent, specify a recipient for the regulation in the IMG activity Specify Error Message Recipients.

If you only want to send messages if the overall status is red, you must set the message type to "Error" in the IMG activity Specify Error Message Recipients.

If you only want to send messages if the overall status is yellow, you must set the message type to "Warning" in the IMG activity Specify Error Message Recipients.

Enter the quantity limit values.
