An assumption is a fact that was set by the user. If an user set value (assumption) occurs in a conflict, it is identified by a fact ID with temporary validity (see CFG_API_GET_TYPED_CONFLICTS).

This fact ID can be passed in here as ASSUMPTION_ID to delete the user justification of the fact.
