CFG_API_FIND_KNOWLEDGEBASES - OBSOLETE as replaced by CFG_API_PERF_FIND_KB

Functionality

This command returns searches for knowledgebases by different properties. By specifying more import values you can constrain the search.

Example

• Search by defining OBJECT_NAME (name of the configurable material) and OBJECT_TYPE (for example MARA for material).

• Search by defining a VALID_DATE (returns knowledgebases which have a valid from date before the specified VALID_DATE)

• Constrain the search by OBJECT_LOGSYS (the original system of the knowledgebase)

Notes

The command runs independent of a configuration session. It has no influence on running configurations and needs no initialized configuration session to be called.

The VALID_DATE is in YYYYMMDD format.
