The profiles for a given knowledgebase are returned.

Note:

The knowledgebase is loaded into the cache if it was not yet loaded. Thus you should not call this information for knowledgebases that you do not want to process further.

If KB_LOGSYS, KB_NAME, KB_VERSION is used, the active knowledgebase is loaded.
