CFG_API_UNSPECIALIZE - Configuration: Unspecialize an instance

Functionality

This function modules unspecializes a bill of materials position of a specified instance within a configuration, which was previously specified by the CFG_API_SPECIALIZE. command.

Therefore you have to specify a valid CONFIG_ID, INST_ID.

If unspecialzing was succesfull, the instance changes back from a material to a class.

If the CONFIG_ID, INST_ID cannot be resolved the function module will run into a command_exception.

In other cases like trying to unspecialize a material which is not unspecializable the function module won't notify any errors.
