Functionality

Use this function module to add characteristics to a class.

Notes

To save the change, you must set a COMMIT WORK in the calling program because the save request is made ON COMMIT.

The function module CLCM_CLASS_FEATURE_INSERT can be called several times in succession. However, this is only possible for one and the same class. If you change the class without saving before (COMMIT WORK), you see the error message 'Exception class_invalid_change'.

The system writes an error log. To display the log, use transaction SLG1 (CAPI / CAPI_LOG).
