CMAC_SAMPLE_P901 - Determine reconciliation key for fee posting

Functionality

The function module called at event P901 is responsible for populating a reconciliation key for document posting.

Example

The reconciliation key is made up of the document source, date and a sequential number i.e. Pn-YYMMDD-nn.

• Pn: Document source used in Campus Management Student Accounting.

• nn: Sequence number from 01 to 99.

The sample function module checks whether there is a reconciliation key available. If yes takes it, otherwise creates a new reconciliation key.

Notes

You can find the event via IMG -> Financial Accounting -> Contract Accounting -> Program Enhancements -> Define Customer-Specific Function Modules.

You can define your own function module for this event but you must use the same interface as this sample.
