CMSI_INS_EVENT_FMOD2 - Modify initial screen properties based on activity

Functionality

Initial screen for Insurance should show Insurance ID and Insurance Type.

Field 'Insurance Type' should be editable only in Create Mode.

Field "Insurance ID' should be shown only in Change and Display mode.
