CNACL_PRE_SAVE - Pre process for saving ACL rights

Functionality

This function module is called in various PS Structure transaction so as to perform the pre saving operations for ACL records. This function module reads the new, modified and deleted ACL records and transfers them to different internal tables. It also calls the respective SAVE function modules in UPDATE TASK.
