CNV_21510_RELID_TABSIZE - Returns structure of data written to single cluster relid

Functionality

Determines number of entries in given RELID component. If given RELID component is a structure (not an internal table) an exception is raised.

If parameter P_ONLYCHECKEXIST is checked - only check is performed whether component contains data at all (after first found entry further read is interrupted.
