CNV_MBT_09_SAVE_NO_USED_INDEX - Save not on db existing indexes

Functionality

This function module is collecting the no active indexes of a set of tables. A Precondition is that the deletion programs are already generated. We get the information which tables should be inspect from the table cnvtdms_09_prog for a given package number. A further criteria is that the table is not a cluster or pool and that the scenario is DROP_INSERT. For each of table of this result set we check whether the indexes active or not. In the case that the index is not active we save this information to table cnvtdms_09_index.
