CNV_MBT_ADM_MTID_SYNC - Synchronize used MTIDs

Functionality

The function module will be called with a set of MTIDs. These MTIDs will be checked whether they already existing in the called system. In the case that they already present in the called system we check the MTID from the calling and the called system if they have the same subproject name. If not then we delete the entry from the internal table for inserting new MTIDs and we return the MTID in the table parameter t_doubtful_mtids. We also remove all already in the called system existing MTIDs from the table for inserting new MTIDs. After the check we are inserting the MTIDs in the called system.
