CNV_MBT_ADM_SUBPROJECT_SYNC - Function to create or update project information

Functionality

This function module synchronises the subproject information in the

target system. The internal table : T_IM_CNVMBTSUBPROJECT has a set of

subprojects. If the subproject is already present in the target system, the information is updated else the subproject information is

inserted in the target system.
