CNV_MBT_GET_ACT_RELATIONSHIP - Determines predecessor and successor relationships of an activity

Functionality
The function modules detects the predeccessor and successor relationships for any activity. It will detect all the predecessor and successor activities of an activity which are relevant to the activity for the current package and phase scenario. It not only finds this relationship using the CNVMBTACTIVITY tables but also using the CNVMBTIMG table. The function module also tells if an activity is an optional activity or not. (The functional module tags an activity as optional if the activity is there in the CNVMBTIMG table but not in the CNVMBTSTATE table).
