CNV_MBT_NEXT_DOC_NUMBER_46 - Gives the next availalbe document sequence no.

Functionality

The function module is used to generate next possible Object Id to store Notes and Attachment in the database.

An Object Id may be in the range from "00000000" to "99999999".

The functionality of SAP Number range object is being replicated (to some extent).
