CNV_MBT_PARAMS_MODIFY - Function for writing parameters into CNVMBTPARAMS

Functionality

This function module is responsible for writing the information of all the parameters into the database table CNVMBTPARAMS, these are a part of the internal table which is also a part of the import parameters. If the VALNUM is a part of the internal table, then the same VALNUM is used to insert the information in the database, else the VALNUM is chosen as the maximum VALNUM + 1 for the PNAME mentioned.
