CNV_MBT_PC_EXTENDED_MONITOR - To start a program or report in dialog mode

Functionality

The function starts a program whose name is specified as an import

parameter PROGNAME and the internal table LT_PARAMS.

The internal table has the parameters contain the list of

parameters which have to be supplied to the program.
