CNV_MBT_REORG_SAVE - Saves a new entry or modify an existing one

Functionality

For the reorganization of a DMIS project we need the objects and referenzes for the deletion of these objects in the control and the remote systems. This functon module saves or modifies the deletion objects, its references and the organizational data.

The functional module can be called with a single entry in the import parameter structure ips_cnvmbtdelref or in the import table pt_cnvmbtdelref. If both parameters are filled then the import table cnvmbtdelref will be processed and the import structure will be ignored.
