CNV_MBT_RFC_CHECK_DESTINATION - Checks the validity of a destination in all relevant systems

Functionality
This function module checks if the destination determined by means of
the both import parameters is reachable. It also checks whether the
destinations in the sending and receiving systems are equal.
If an error occured the program returns one of the following exections:
NO_DEST_LOCAL_IN_CNVMBTDEST
No entry for the destination in table cnvmbtdest.
NO_ENTRY_LOCAL_IN_RFCDES
No entry for the rfc destination in table rfcdes.
DESTINATIONS_NOT_EQUAL
The destinations in the systems don't agree.
NO_ENTRY_REMOTE_IN_RFCDES
There is no rfc destination in the remote system.
NO_ENTRY_REMOTE_IN_CNVMBTDEST
There is no entry in the table cnvmbtdest in the remote system.
RFCDES_ENTRIES_NOT_EQUAL
The rfc destination entries for the given execution target
don't agree in the systems.
NO_PWD_IN_RFCDES
In the rfc destination the password is initial in the
remote system.
CNVMBT_ENTRIES_NOT_EQUAL
The entries in the table cnvmbtdest in both systems
are not equal.
