CNV_MBT_RFC_LOCK_DESTINATIONS - Lock destinations of a specified package

Functionality

In the RFC management we maintain the rfc destinations for the migration process. At a special point in the migration process we have to assure that the destinations will be set as unchangeable. This function module will call the report cnv_mbt_rfc_management_simple in background with a specified package.
