Functionality

CNV_TDMS_13_SHELL_MODIFY_CODE is a function that should be called before any files are read or written to. This function modifies the OPEN DATASET code in the CNV_TDMS_13_SHELL_OPEN_DATASET function. This is necessasy because OPEN DATASET is a release dependent command that alters after 4.6 releases. To avoid syntactical problems, it is thus necessary to generate code.
