COMP_EXRATE_GETTABLES - Get Exchange Rate table (Component)

This function module is executed on the component and calls the META function module to get the exchange rate table data from the core system.

If the call is successful and data is available, then the table on the component system will be refreshed using the LOAD_TCURR function module.
