COM_BPUS_CONTACTPERS_REGISTER - Registration of Contact Person for an Existing Organization

Functionality
You can use this function module to create a contact person, a user and a central person for a business partner of category Organization who already exists in the system. This links the user to the contact person.
Existence Check
Before the contact person is created, a check is performed for the existence of the organization, to whom the contact person should be linked using an is contact person for- relationship.
Business Partner Data
The contact person is created as the business partner of the business partner category Person (IS_CENTRALDATA and IS_CENTRALDATAPERSON) and given the role Contact Person (BUP001).
You can use import parameter IT_BUSINESSPARTNERROLE to add business partner roles to the business partner of the contact person. Import parameters IV_BUSINESSPARTNERROLE and IS_ADDRESSDATA are obsolete and cannot be used.
You use the assignment in the import parameter Business Partner Grouping (IV_BUSINESSPARTNERGROUP) to decide the number range, which in addition to the interval, also defines whether external or internal number assignment is used. This assignment cannot be changed subsequently.
- Internal number assignment:
The import parameter for the external business partner number (IV_BUSINESSPARTNEREXTERN) remains empty.
- External number assignment:
You must enter an external business partner number that fits the number range assigned to the grouping.
An is contact person for relationship is created between the contact person and the business partner transferred to the CRM system. You can use import parameters IS_CENTRALDATA _CONTACTPERSON and IS_ADDRESSDATA_CONTACTPERSON to assign additional central data or address data to the contact person relationship. The standard address of the transferred business partner is determined and created as the address for the contact person relationship.
If communication data exists (import tables IT_TELEFONDATA to IT_COMMUNICATIONNOTES), the import parameter IV_CONTPERS_COMMDATA controls where the communication data is defined. Import parameter IV_CONTPERS_COMMDATA must always be set to X. All other values are obsolete. If import parameterIV_CONTPERS_COMMDATA is set to X,the communication data is defined on the reference to the standard addr relationship.
