Functionality

Eventhandler function for Business Transaction Event 00550002 (Knowledgebase was changed).

This function is used to replicate changes of the SCE knowledgebase to the ERP knowledgebase tables and to the CRM knowledgebase tables.

This function module call the following two functions:

• ECC_SCE_COLLECT_DATA_CHANGE: fills ERP knowledgebase tables

• CRS_SCE_COLLECT_DATA_CHANGE: fills CRM knowledgebase tables

Example

Notes

Before you can use the SCE in ECC you have to initialize the ERP knowledgebase tables (configuration database).

This is done with report CFG_ERP_INITIALISE_DB.
