CONVERSION_EXIT_MM_TT_INPUT - External: conversion exit for dates without specification of year

Functionality
This function module is for converting dates entered on screen fields without specification of day into the internal date format "MMDD".
The fixed values setting in the user master is taken into account during conversion.

The initial value "SPACE"is selected as an internal representation so that processing in the program with "IF ... IS INITIAL" works properly.
Notes
The function group saves the user fixed values internally so that changes in the fixed values in the user master may not work immediately.
