CRM_CLA_CPP_UPDATE_CSD_EC - Update CSD amount from Carried-over Prepayment

When a COP is saved the carried-over amount have to be send to the CSD to update the unresolved amount.

Within this function module the method UPDATE_AMOUNTS of class CL_CRM_CLA_CSD_AMOUNT_UTIL is called.
