CRM_ERMS_RPT_EVENT_HANDLER - ERMS: Reporting - Handle events

Functionality

This function module raises events that will be tracked in E-Mail Response Management System (ERMS) monitoring and reporting. The event will be logged with a time stamp and the given parameters. You can define the available event IDs in Customizing activity Define Events.
